Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to both Canada and United States, as well as internationally to select countries. If your location isn’t listed during checkout, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Carriers
We use reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS for domestic shipments and DHL for international orders to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on our website or directly on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your orders within the estimated timeframes, please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.
International Customs & Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. StyleSphere is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
